Questions on pricing

What is content creation?

We will create content for your website based on the project's goal. Effective content writing requires research to understand your audience's interests and needs. We will optimize the website for search engines with relevant keywords and an easy-to-crawl structure.

What is design concept?

A design concept is a broad idea that guides the visual and functional direction of the website. It establishes a visual language through color, typography, and imagery to communicate the website's message and create a cohesive look and feel. The design concept will align with the website's goals and provide a clear direction to follow.

What is considered a design revision?

A design revision is a change or variation to the design concept. Typically it’s a slight modification or correction toward the final design. A design revision could be, but not limited to, the following examples:

  • Moving predefined sections of the site from our flowchart
  • Adding new sections / information that were not discussed
  • Changing brand color or layout
  • Changing background colors, spacing and fonts

What is a CMS Collection?

Collection pages are essentially template pages we build for recurring pieces of content, such as, but not limited to the following examples:

  • Blog posts
  • Projects / Galleries
  • Personnel
  • Help articles

What are input forms?

A website input form is  used to collect information from your visitors. These forms typically allow users to enter data, such as contact information, comments, feedback, etc., which can then be submitted and stored by the website.

  • Contact forms
  • Newsletter sign-up
  • Bid / quote request
  • Employment application

What does content review mean?

We will review and evaluate the website content for relevance, accuracy, and engagement with the target audience. The review aims to identify areas for SEO improvement and ensure that the website provides valuable and up-to-date content.

What is search engine optimization?

Search engine optimization, or SEO, improves the visibility and ranking of a website or web page in search engine results pages (SERPs). SEO involves using various techniques to optimize your website's content and structure, including using relevant keywords and phrases, building high-quality backlinks from other reputable websites, and ensuring that your website is mobile-friendly and loads quickly. By doing this, we can increase organic traffic to the website, leading to more conversions and revenue.

What is open graph data?

OpenGraph is a protocol that allows websites to provide information about their pages to social media platforms when a link is shared. OpenGraph data consists of metadata, including the page's title, description, image, and type. Social media platforms use this information to generate a preview of the page when it's shared, which can help to attract more clicks and engagement. By implementing OpenGraph tags on the pages, we can ensure the content is presented most attractively and effectively as possible on social media platforms and other sites that use this protocol.

What is Google Analytics installation mean?

Google Analytics is a free web analytics tool provided by Google that you can use to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior. By adding a tracking code to the website, we can gain valuable insights into how users interact, including the number of visitors, how long they stay on the site, which pages they visit, and where they come from. This data will help optimize the website for better user engagement and conversion rates and inform marketing and advertising strategies.

What is a Google sitemap submission?

A Google sitemap is a list of your website's URLs. It acts as a roadmap to tell search engines what content is available and how to reach it. After completing your new website, we submit this 'new' sitemap to Google.

What type of help or support do you offer?

After we publish your new website, we will be available to make minor changes and enhancements for up to 30 days for free. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Search engine optimization
  • Content rewrites
  • New images or video
  • CMS adjustments or filters

After the post launch period, any updates are billed hourly, and we are always available to answer any questions you have after project launch.
